How submissions are handled

• Proof-of-purchase images are stored privately and used only for authenticity checks.
• Email addresses are stored only to contact you about your submission.
• Published reviews show only the fields you intend to be public: name, rating, title, body, and review photos.

Retention

We retain submissions and logs only as long as needed for moderation, fraud prevention, and audit.

Deletion and removal

Email us through the contact page to request deletion of a submission or removal of personal data. We honor reasonable requests.

Redaction

Before publishing user-submitted material we remove addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment details, order tokens, and private messages.
