What content can be published

• Owner reviews tied to a real purchase, with or without photos.
• Complaint patterns supported by multiple buyer reports or visible evidence.
• Product caveats around fitment, installation, shipping, and returns.
• Summaries that clearly state which claims are supported by evidence and which are not.

What content is rejected

• Submissions without a verifiable order ID or proof-of-purchase image when photos are included.
• Content that reads as AI-generated, duplicate, or coordinated.
• Personal attacks, hateful language, or attempts to dox a reviewer.
• Promotional copy disguised as a review.

How negative feedback is treated

Negative feedback supported by evidence is published. We do not remove a complaint because it is unflattering to a product.

Conflicts of interest

Site curators are Teslahubs customers and fans of several products. That bias is disclosed openly. It does not change the published methodology or the public correction log.

Corrections

Factual mistakes are corrected in place and recorded in the public log on the Corrections page.

Private data

Addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment data, order tokens, and private messages are redacted before any submitted material is published.

Guiding principle

Our origin story should make the site more human, not less accountable. Being Tesla owners and Teslahubs fans does not remove the need to show complaints, caveats, weak evidence, corrections, and disclosure. Positive and negative patterns should both be visible when evidence supports them.
