  • Return / refund confusionSeverity: Medium. A subset of reviews mention unclear return windows or restocking expectations on opened items. Always read the current return policy on teslahubs.com before purchase and keep original packaging until you've tested fitment.
  • Fitment and compatibilitySeverity: Medium. Tesla refreshes (Model 3 Highland, Model Y Juniper) and trim variants change accessory compatibility. Confirm the exact model year and trim listed on the product page before ordering.
